To be considered:

• You must include your resume (with mailing address and phone number).

• A list of past workshops (with dates, locations and number of attendees).

• Demonstrated experience is imperative as most of our teachers have led workshops for over 5 years

• A brief summary of the purpose/schedule of your proposed workshop here and the number of participants that you anticipate.

Before submitting your proposal, please note the following:

We receive  inquiries weekly from artists & organizations wishing to host a group here at the Artist Getaway.  We wish we could say yes to everyone who dreams of teaching here, but it is necessary for us to  evaluate every proposal as we have limited dates available each year.  ​

If we feel that your proposal is a good fit, then you will be added to the waitlist for future openings. We will let you know when we have dates available. You would need to accept them by the deadline given, a signed contract will be required along with a non-refundable deposit of $1000.​

You will be responsible for collecting fees from your participants and assigning them to their rooms. 30 Days before arrival your final payment would be due. Fees for this all-inclusive retreat include 6 guestrooms that sleep 14, breakfast & lunch with snacks all day, access to the art studio 24/7. Also full access to our grounds and gardens. ​

We also host many of the retreats ourselves.... if you are interested in being a guest instructor/teacher at any of our  Retreats please submit your proposal for that as well.

FEES:
Our retreats are for a minimum of 4days/3nights
(50% discount for one instructor and 20% discount for one assistant)
A minimum of 10 Students is required
