Writing to Unfold retreat uses process writing technique. I developed it to help us journal in a meaningful way and write about in my ebook Schmooze Your Muse.

Process Writing is a method that entails no previous writing experience. None!

It does require a willingness to explore and let your wild voice find a place as it stretches across the page. We reclaim our authenticity by focusing on process rather than outcome. “Where am I now, rather than where am I going?” This approach is both scary & liberating. This method lets us move through obstacles. Increases access to intuition. Lets us daringly express who we are.

In the privacy of our own journals, we find free truths that we need to write. With the support of the circle and my guidance you’ll discover the joy of letting creative flow carry you.

Process Writing lets us deepen into, This is who I am. I have something to say.
